This magnificent event that starts from the month of December, lasting until the month of March, is one of the most spectacular wildlife experiences that anyone can witness. While the migration of the Gray Whale with a route of approximately 7,500 kilometers, has as its main destination the Magdalena Bay in Baja California Sur, place located about 400 kilometers north of Cabo San Lucas.

Amazing Experience!

We had a really great experience on the whale watching tour! We went on a zodiac speed boat and made stops at the arch and seal lions, and then ventured further out in the sea to spot some whales! The tour guide was amazing and gave everyone personal attention and made sure everyone was having a good time. What I really liked about this tour was that they tried to get away from all of the other boats, so we got to see many whales without the other boats near us. Our tour guide has also been doing this tour for many years, so she was able to spot the whales in advance and let us know where to look! On the way back, we had a really thrilling speedboat ride, with lots of twists and turns! Definitely one of our highlights of our time in Cabo!
Great Whale Watching

This was a really great trip. We saw a Mother and her baby and another whale jumping in and out of the water and then they took us over to see some Grey whales. Very nice boat and people running the operation. A little confusing getting to the pick up location, but I called and everyone was very responsive. I would say that I thought that there was an open bar in the fine print. Not a big deal since we were there to see whales and it was way to rough to be drinking. At least not till we were through..

We had a great time (Myself & Kids ages 16, 14, & 12) although the trip was not as described. The boat was significantly bigger than the pictures (but still had plenty of room for everyone). Also I signed up for the 1pm but they assigned me to the morning trip. Oh well. Tried to communicate that but apparently language got in the way. Anyway, everyone was professional, drinks were great, saw whales, and a good time was had by all. Would recommend.

I know it’s up never a sure thing if you will actually spot whales and see their behaviors in this natural habitat. Yesterday was a great day! Saw mother, baby and nurse with baby breaching constantly and mother and nurse flapping pectoral fins and tails. Very enjoyable. The booking process and inclusions didn’t exactly reflect what we thought we signed up for. Expected a smaller nimble boat instead of a catamaran, and didn’t expect breakfast, a nice addition. We had a great time, crew was attentive. Pictures are awesome!
