For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The tour lasts ~45 minutes and I thought it was a perfect amount of time. I had a bit of trouble getting full communication (where to meet, etc) from the tour group but eventually got thru to them in email.
Our captain / operator was really good and the tour was in both English and Spanish.
I would recommend it to others.
