Great Cruise, Awesome People

Went on the boat Tortuga, and had a blast! All of the staff made sure that we had fun and enjoyed our trip. Open bar and great drinks, definitely a party boat. Great music as well! Went to the arch (and got great pictures), snorkeling (saw loads of fish), and got to do some whale watching! Loved it! I would recommend this to everyone!
Party boat!

I would have rated this trip higher if it was not listed as a snorkel tour and just listed as a booze cruise. It was cool to see the arch, and I had a lot of fun being on the water, plenty of drinks, loud music, and a decent lunch. We were on the boat with a wedding party that made the trip pretty fun. However, the beach where they take you to snorkel is not clear at all. We didn't even get in the water because others that were snorkeling said there was nothing at all to see. And I hope you have a big bladder because the bathrooms were disgusting! Also they put 35 people on a boat that does not seat near that many so a lot of people had to stand the whole time (3 hours).
Not what we expected

My wife and I went on this trip with a crew of other friends who have been on it before and liked it. There are a couple different boats in the "jungle cruise" arsenal. The one we wanted was just sitting there, but the captain of our boat said that one was retired. The good one had a nice large front deck for dancing, partying etc. The one we got on had a mesh deck. This proved just about impossible to walk on and get around, so most people just sat on the benches that surrounded it. The snorkeling portion was sort of a bust too. we did not have any food to feed the fish so one had to swim a ways up to the rocks where the fish were. This particular day had a pretty high tide, so we were advised to not go close to the rocks for safety purposes. We only spent 20 min at this spot (which is a public beach also) since snorkeling was no good. The food was good and the beer was cold. I did not have any, but the drinks were apparently really watered down. A definite plus was getting to see whales on our drive to the snorkeling spot! Our guide Steve was a pretty good guy as well and made sure you had a drink in your hand if you wanted one.
