We had Christian as our guide and from start to finish he was helpful, accommodating, and made the trip an excellent addition to our stay in Cabo. The whole experience was the right amount of controlled and free and the small group setting was perfect. Thank you Manta!
A "Must Do" While Visiting Cabo

This activity is a "must do" for Cabo if you like swimming and seeing fish. First off, Manta is a great dive company. On entering Manta's dive center, located in a shopping mall close to the Marina, we were greeted by Cristian, who introduced himself as our guide. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us get fitted out with a wetsuit, mask, fins, and snorkel. We were guided by Cristian to the dive boat, moored a short distance from Manta's dive center. Once aboard the dive boat, Cristian helped us stow our gear so that it wouldn't get wet. The boat took us a short distance from the Marina to Pelican Rock beach. That's where the Marine Park is located. The Marine Park is really just a small roped off area around Pelican Rock itself. Once we got in the water, Cristian stuck with us like glue. He was eager to show us all the amazing marine life living in this one tiny area. The water was pretty clear, so we were able to see literally hundreds of fish, of all shapes and sizes. We also saw sea lions and sea snakes. The fish were swimming around us, just inches away from us. It was great fun and the time passed really quickly. After seeing all the fish, we were able to swim to the beach, just a short distance away. Cristian was nearby to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable and not cold or tired. After snorkeling about 45 minutes, it was time to leave. The boat took us to see the famous arch, so we could take pictures. After that we went back to the Marina. The whole experience lasted about 1.5 hours. I can't say enough positive things about Manta dive center. The price was very reasonable considering the great service and equipment provided. I highly recommend Manta!
Magical Two Days with Manta!

We had a FANTASTIC time doing two different days of activities with Manta. First, our PADI scuba instructor, Baptiste, took us all the way to La Paz from Cabo to snorkel with whale sharks and sea lions. The experience was so incredible and being able to swim with both of these creatures was very humbling. Over the years, the area has worked hard to protect them so Manta, the operator, has to make sure their ducks are in a row and knows exactly what to do to make the experience a good one. We are so grateful for Mario, our boat captain and chef! Mario prepared a delicious one of a kind meal on a private beach that was extra special. Big thanks to both of you for a magical day!

We had Baptiste all to ourselves which was great because it had been a year and a half since we dove and it made us feel so comfortable in the water. We saw sea lions, a beautiful array of sea life, the sand waterfall and a ship wreck. Baptiste is so natural in the water and knows so much, he had a pufferfish playing with him as he helped the little guy find some food in the sand. Pretty fun I have this on my GoPro. An amazing day again! Thanks again guys! We will be back.

Excellent Snorkel experience

We did a snorkel tour followed by a boat tour out to the arch and Pacific Ocean. Our guide was Angela and she was amazing! She took our two boys out to snorkel and stayed with them the whole time, showed them all the good spots to see fish and taught my adventurous son how to free dive - they loved it! We were on a smaller boat with just one other couple so it was a nice personal experience. MANTA is a scuba facility as well so they were very knowledgeable and made sure gear fit properly and how to safely snorkel. There were lots of boat tours that have snorkel stops and equipment, but I’m really glad we went with a specialized diving company. It was a great value as well.
