Awesome experience! We saw a pod of whales breaching which was awesome! The snorkeling was super cool. We got to see an octopus which I never expected! Overall very friendly!

The tour guide was great! It was our first time and he was very patient with us. The 2 areas we went to snorkel was perfect!

This trip was amazing. Thanks to Fernando, our guide, my son saw a shark. And the Capt found a starfish. My kids rated this experience as one of the top 10 things they’ve done. That’s saying alot since we toured Europe. Thanks to Cabo Expeditions for fhe memories

Great Tour but No Rays or Turtles as Described

While I would recommend this excursion (Jose and his son were perfect hosts), I would warn that the description provided in Viator ("you'll spend a half-hour at a time swimming and snorkeling alongside manta rays, sea turtles and scores of brightly colored fish") is misleading.
The rays are only there in the winter and when I asked Jose if there are turtles in the stops we made, he said "sometimes". So, if you're looking for rays and turtles specifically, this is not the trip for you unless you happen to be there at the right time/day of the year.
That being said, we did see a pod of humpback whales (early for this season) and Jose spent quite a bit of time with the boat stopped so we could observe and take pictures. This was definitely an unexpected treat.
