Leonardo was a great tour guide. I was a bit skeptical to purchase since I didn’t see many reviews but clear directions and Indio made sure we got to the right place to meet our guide .
I had accidentally booked the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me
I’m not much of a swimmer and it was perfect because I could stay on the beach while my son and husband went to snorkel. The current was a bit rough so I’m glad I didn’t go out . It’s best to get their early.

Great service. We were allowed to stay for as long as we wanted at the beach. You can pick what time you want to be picked up at.
Amazing Day

We are traveling to Cabo for our very first time and I purchased a snorkeling trip online when I called the number to find out where to meet the person turns out it was a scam and the number I got was to Heidi and not the person that I had paid for my trip.
Lucky me Heidi was amazing not only did she help me get a refund for my online purchase she also matched the price and hooked us up with a trip even better than the one we had planned and saved our family from a sad day.
Karla is her booking lady and she hooked us up with Indio and from there it was nothing but smiles and laughs. We had a great tour of all the regular awesomeness of the arc but then we got to spend hours snorkeling and swimming on pelican beach. It was truly an amazing day. So thankful for Heidi and Karla and Indio. Also one last thing I know this review is already long but we had the best captain of the boat he was hilarious and fun and he honked like a horn with only using his mouth. What a gem! I I had asked what his name was.

Nice basic tour

This was a very nice basic tour, all the guides were very friendly, helpful and informative. Finding the tour from the ship is not the easiest but all the people are very friendly and willing to help get you going in the right direction.
It is a nice boat ride to see all the rock formations and sea lions, the waters were very rough the day we were there.
We were dropped off at pelican beach, which is a roped off area where you can snorkel and swim. If you are looking for open water snorkeling with a group, this is not it. But if you're wanting a day at the beach and being able to explore on your own, in a limited protected area this is perfect!
Again, the water was very rough that day, so rough our ship stopped tendering people after four tenders left the ship. I would imagine the swimming and snorkeling would be amazing in calmer water.

Relaxed excursion

Excellent communication. Meeting spot and person clearly identified prior to trip. Aftr checking in, transitioned to boat captain. Captain Simon was great during the tour portion and dropped us at Pelican Rock with some tortilla to feed the fish and scheduled to return at whatever pick-up time we chose. Very relaxed. Have to be off the beach by 5:45, so if you want a longer day, go earlier. In May, WATER WAS COLD! If you have wetsuit, I'd bring it!
