Making Your Cabo Yacht Charter Happen: The Details
Getting ready for your amazing boat charter in Cabo San Lucas is super easy. Just a heads-up on a few operational details:
Boarding Your Yacht: Guests, event planners, or any vendors can hop aboard your chartered boat starting 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This helps us ensure everything is perfect for your arrival!
Need Extra Setup Time? If you're planning a special event and need more time to get things ready on board your private yacht rental, please communicate with us in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate early access for your setup, but it really depends on what else is happening that day.
Early Setup Cost: If we can arrange it, extra setup time is $250 USD per hour, with a maximum of two hours. Again, this is all based on availability, so it's best to confirm early.
Who to Contact: For any questions about sales or administration regarding your Cabo boat rental, our team is here to help!
Important Note on Pricing: All our boat charter prices are subject to a 16% sales tax (IVA) and a 10% gratuity.
Charter Operating Hours: You can set sail on your Cabo adventure anytime from 7:00 AM, with our latest charters concluding by 6:00 PM. We just ask that your boat return to its dock no later than 8:00 PM.

Understanding Our Policies for Your Cabo Yacht Charter
We want your boat charter experience in Cabo San Lucas to be nothing short of amazing, and that includes being clear about our policies. Here’s what you need to know:
Canceling Your Charter (Refund Policy):
30+ days before your trip: You’ll get a full refund if you need to cancel.
29 to 16 days before your trip: We can offer a 50% refund on your booking.
15 days or less before your trip: Unfortunately, cancellations within this window are Non-refundable.
Important General Guidelines:
Bringing Your Own Food: We've got delicious catering options available, so outside food isn't permitted on board our Cabo boat charters.
Bringing Your Own Drinks (Alcohol): You can bring up to 5 bottles of your favorite alcoholic beverages, and there's a corkage fee of $20 USD per bottle.
Add-Ons for Everyone: Any special add-ons you choose for your private yacht rental (like certain activities or amenities) generally apply to everyone in your group, unless we’ve specifically authorized an exception beforehand.
Waiver Sign-Off: For everyone's safety and peace of mind, all guests must sign a waiver form before boarding your Cabo San Lucas boat trip.
Counting Your Guests: When you confirm your booking, please ensure the total number on your contract includes everyone who will be aboard – that means children, any hired staff, and vendors too.
